i returned for an extra night, following an initial three-night stay. i was welcomed warmly and received a complimentary room upgrade as a returning guest, increasing the bed size. i utilized the laundry service, and my clothes were returned clean and neatly folded within 24 hours.
my room's size was inadequate relative to the cost. the hotel should not advertise as a four-star hotel. it is more accurately a two-star category. i found this misleading.

the staff were wonderful starting when i arrived. mary and all the staff seemed kind and caring. the bedrooms were super clean and we got anything i requested for breakfast. it was very kind of them.
the rooms are very small is what i noticed. it just has a bed then no space for any other thing. i wish there were more room for my luggage.
